This large, authentic Mallorcan villa is located in the north-east of Mallorca, just 3 km west of Artà. Situated on an unspoilt estate at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a peaceful retreat without passing traffic.
The well-kept garden is planted with a variety of trees and offers an idyllic outdoor area for relaxing holidays. Between the house and the pool is a spacious, partially covered terrace, which provides perfect shade on sunny days. Relax on stylish outdoor sofas or gather around the large dining table for a cosy barbecue evening. Comfortable sun loungers on the lawn invite sun worshippers to relax after a refreshing dip in the meandering pool, which can be reached via a semi-circular staircase.
Inside, the generously proportioned villa boasts high-quality amenities. Bright rooms with wooden ceilings and beautiful floor tiles create a cheerful atmosphere. The large living room has an open fireplace and a cosy sofa area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for up to ten people and a utility room with washing machine. Four bedrooms with natural light, paired with four bathrooms and central heating ensure a relaxing stay all year round.
"Sa Fonteta is a large stone villa located 3 kilometres west of Artà. In this picturesque little town you will find several small supermarkets and a nice pedestrian zone with shopping facilities for daily needs. Every Tuesday there is a weekly market in the centre of Artà. The beautiful natural sandy beach of Cala Torta can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes. There are four golf courses near the villa, some of which are only 5 minutes away by car.
