If you rent the Mar Blava holiday apartment on Mallorca's east coast, you can almost dangle your feet in the sea while having breakfast on the balcony. The Mediterranean is just 25 metres away. If that's still too far for you, simply refresh yourself in the large communal pool, which is located just two floors below your apartment and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with wind protection and a beautiful view of the sea. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade that leads to the beautiful sandy beach of Son Moll to the north of the marina. Thanks to the central location of the holiday apartment, you can easily immerse yourself in the colourful nightlife of Cala Ratjada without a car or taxi. The brightly decorated holiday apartment has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a serving hatch, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a dining area. From the living room you have a wonderful sea view; the balcony also offers a view of the seafront promenade and the communal pool. Both the living room and the two sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning. The holiday apartment is located in an apartment complex in the first sea line of Cala Ratjada on the east coast of Mallorca. The small harbour, shops, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beach of Son Moll can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes; the larger sandy beach of Cala Agulla is a 7-minute drive from the apartment. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger.
