Miraet
Situated in a secluded location on a 4,000 m² hillside plot, Villa Miraet offers breathtaking views and absolute tranquillity.
Multi-levelled terraces lead to a large pool area on the south side of the house. A spacious balcony runs along the front of the house, where you can enjoy the sea view and relax with a book or a glass of fine Mallorcan wine. The pool, which can be reached via steps, is tiled with blue mosaic stones. As evening approaches, you will definitely want to fire up the barbecue for a hearty dinner. There is a car park right next to the house.
The interior exudes rustic charm and several windows offer breathtaking views. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious living area with kitchen and dining area. The second bathroom is located in an annexe on the side of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance. In front of this annex there is a balcony with a marvellous view of the sea. The villa is equipped with heating, a fireplace and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Please note that due to its location on a cliff, it may not be suitable for families with young children.
Villa "Miraet is situated in an absolutely sublime location on the spectacular west coast of Mallorca and offers sensational views of the most beautiful stretch of coastline on the island. It is 400 metres above sea level and is equidistant from the picturesque villages of Deìa and Valldemossa, both of which have bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. The stunning Cala Deìa cove is just a short drive away.
