The driveway gives you a view of the inviting, spacious luxury villa "Son Sard Nou", which sits proudly on a beautiful hillside estate with palm and olive trees, lavender and cypresses.
The infinity pool extends from the villa into the stunning garden and offers breathtaking views of the countryside and the sea. Access to the pool is possible via stairs or a ladder. Surrounding the pool are large terraces with sun loungers, parasols, seating and a large dining table. On one side of the villa there is another terrace with a thatched, vine-covered area with a chill-out zone and a round dining table. Here you can relax over a barbecue with music from the house's built-in speakers.
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the villa with light and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area is modern and thoughtfully designed, with an opulent wooden table and benches between the living room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances, making it perfect for self-catering. The villa has six air-conditioned bedrooms on two floors, each with its own bathroom and access to a spacious sun terrace with stunning views.
The magnificent luxury villa "Son Sard Nou" is located just 3 km from beautiful beaches. In just over 4 km you can also reach the tranquil village of Son Servera or the popular coastal town of Cala Millor, which offers a range of restaurants, bars and boutiques and has a market every Friday morning. "Son Sard Nou" is also ideal for golfers: a variety of golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity.
