The south-facing outdoor area offers ample space for barbecues, dining and sunbathing. An outstanding feature is the chlorine-free infinity pool, which invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The sun terrace invites you to relax in the tranquil surroundings. A rustic outdoor kitchen and barbecue area complement a shaded dining area with breathtaking views, while another cosy dining area is conveniently located next to the house. To the side is a charming, cool terrace with a table tennis table and a semi-open terrace offers additional seating. The path to the finca is fully tarmaced, with shaded parking spaces and a storage room for bicycles.
Inside, you will find a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The spacious ground floor has a large living room, a rustic dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a billiard room and a guest toilet. Upstairs you will find five double bedrooms, each with its own modern en suite bathroom. All sleeping areas are air-conditioned and heated for your comfort. With excellent mobile phone reception and stable Wi-Fi throughout the building, you can easily work remotely if required.
The modern Villa Cases d'Alcúdiarrom is located between Vilafranca de Bonany and Felanitx, in the middle of a beautiful and undeveloped landscape. The weekly market is only 15 minutes away and there are also other shopping facilities in the small, traditional village. A pearly white beach with crystal-clear water can be reached in just a few minutes via Felanitx.
