Tiled areas, lawns and pretty paths characterise the grounds, paired with a wonderful splendour of Mediterranean plants. Outdoor chill-out fans will get their money's worth here: covered and open-air terrace areas, an area covered with awnings, a chill-out lounge and, last but not least, of course, the beautiful sunbathing areas by the pool invite you to move your holiday life completely outdoors during the day and stroll from one favourite spot to the next. What you should always have with you is the right drink to sip from time to time. There are also excellent culinary options outside. Two different barbecues and a pizza oven invite you to enjoy hearty outings in your own realm. Swimming enthusiasts will be delighted by the impressive dimensions of the pool, which also has a practical outdoor shower.
From the covered terrace, several floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly into various areas of the house. The standard is consistently maintained in the interior and also extends to all outdoor areas. Light-coloured floors, walls, ceilings and fabrics as well as carefully selected, stylish accessories that effectively spice up the ambience characterise the living flair.
