Originally built in 1850, the villa was extensively renovated between 2010 and 2011, combining modern design with a stunning natural stone façade. The villa is surrounded by a large terrace and has high-quality garden furniture, a large pool and a spacious lawn where children can play freely without disturbing the neighbours. Enjoy active days on a volleyball court and a private tennis court, which is floodlit for evening games. Relax after your activities with a health-conscious BBQ in the outdoor area.
Inside, the villa has cosy living spaces with rustic charm, a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen and a fireplace for cooler evenings. With enough space for two families, fast internet access and thick walls to keep the temperature cosy, Villa Primo makes for a relaxing stay. For added comfort, air conditioning is available in the four spacious double rooms. In addition to the outdoor bathroom, there are two stylish bathrooms. Villa Primo is situated in a rural location in the south of Mallorca, between Llucmajor and Arenal. Llucmajor is 7 km away, where you can shop for your daily needs; on Wednesdays and Fridays you can enjoy the colourful weekly market. The beaches of Calo de Sant Antoni or Arenal are only a short drive away.
