This modern natural stone villa is located behind the bay of Alcúdia, just 2 km from the northern Mallorcan village of Muro. From Muronita you can quickly explore all directions via the Ma-13 Palma-Inca-Alcúdia motorway. The sea is (almost) within reach: the fine sandy beach bay of Playa de Muro (approx. 5.5 km long) and the tourist variety in Can Picafort are definitely worth a short drive.
