Indoor spaces were comfortable and well designed. There was parking in front of the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the tools for cooking including extras like a panini griller, milk foamed for coffee, citrus squeezer etc. - things you don’t often find in rentals. Communications from the owner was good.
The small back yard space was full of weeds and tall grass. It could be an attractive sitting space if better maintained.
