A beautiful cottage - very cosy and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance of Topsham's attractions and waterfront. The communication with the owner was clear and access to the property was straightforward.
The cottage is on a busy corner and the noise from passing traffic aswell as pedestrians affected our sleep. If you are deaf to traffic noise, or are able to sleep through anything, this cottage would be perfect.

Lovely property, tastefully decorated, centrally located and great for walking to all parts of Topsham within minutes. The only negative is that the road can be a little noisy and there really isn't any usable outdoor space to the rear - with lots of coming and going from other residents who share access. It was a great place to base ourselves and we would stay again :-)
I had a few challenges with gaining access to the property from the front door - key didn't appear to fit/work. A quick call to the host agents office resolved this!
