A beautiful, welcoming home, very clean, we felt like we were home. It didn’t look like a rental home at all.
It doesn’t have a centralized AC. However, the house seems well isolated so we had enough with the ceiling & portable fans. The patio lights are not bright enough to enjoy a nice dinner, but great to have a nice glass of wine or coffee. But these are small details for the comfort this home has given us.
