The fact that staff answered my questions almost instantly and were very considerate

the bed was comfortable

the only issue I have is that there are high taxes in addition to the fee for the room. The cost of the room itself was relatively reasonable.

Easy access instructions. Comfortable beds. Great location close to many amenities.

Shared bathroom space was more uncomfortable than we thought it’d be. Space had dogs in it despite no note of this.
