The staff were lovely, the lady who served us was polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, a little small, but that's not a negative, it suited our needs perfectly.
Prior to getting into the room early, we had lunch there. It was delicious, hot and freshly made. We'll certainly come back if we're in the area.
Nothing really, it was all just what we wanted.

Conveniently close to Skipton and A65
My booking contract was made with the hotel directly who could or would not issue me a proper VAT receipt for my business accounts.
