A welcoming and homely stay. The staff exceeded beyond expectations - well done!

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection to choose from and the service was excellent. Perfect location with lovely views.

The water felt cold in the shower.

Beautiful location, delicious food

Comfortable, clean, cosy - we parked up & walked to ingleton falls, it added 10 minutes into the walk itself. Beautiful location delicious food.

It was perfect, visited the Falls and plan to go back to visit the caves.

In a beautiful setting Staff were lovely and very welcoming, especially Heather the owner and Simon.

disappointed

breakfast was good

not very clean bathroom shower screens mirrors, tiles in shower clock in room didn’t work. Poor communication on arrival no information or in room with regards to breakfast times Wi-Fi passwords. Dinner got sent back as was cold and re cooked but ate at different time to friend at table. Errors on bill to be sorted out. Strange menu so not good all round choice.

absolutely brilliant service from the staff

extremely accommodating staff- absolutely brilliant service going above and beyond. I only spent about 5 hours there but the staff couldn’t have been better or more helpful. look forward to coming back and spending more time there

The food service was very slow with no apologies, I waited 30mins at my table (which we were late to sit at) for a drink

Brilliant breakfast, really nice helpful staff, great warm shower, very comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice meal. Great location for walking

Great birthday weekend for my wife, would definitely recommend.

Great location, food was tasty and good quality and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed the weekend.

No complaints. The first room we were offered was not suitable but after asking, we were offered another which was fine.

We had a great few days in a comfy hotel with lovely staff on hand to help.

Smashing old pub and hotel in a great location. The staff were really helpful, friendly and efficient. Nice comfy rooms. Plenty of parking space too.

It would have been good to have an area in the bar/restaurant where we (a group of 10) could sit together and natter. All of the available space is taken by restaurant tables which is understandable.

Enjoyed stay but food could have been a bit better.

Not good as smoked salmon had bone and gristle

Breakfast help yourself table was excellent but cooked breakfast of eggs and smoked salmon was not good

lovely room very comfortable

restaurant controls , they want you to eat when it suits them , not at your own leisure ,also was very disappointing that the owner was happy to diss the pub in the village we had dinner in , saying it’s a wonder we were not sick , very unprofessional
