Room was very clean and spacious.
Could use a hook in the bathroom. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi with provided info and didn't get a response when I emailed about it.

This house was in a quiet neighborhood and an easy location from which to take an Uber and to park a car. A complete kitchen with washer and dryer and refrigerator is provided which is super convenient if you are travelling for a while or want to make your own food. We were able to do laundry there and prepare food for the day. There is also a deck with table and chairs to sit out on.
We liked it all.

Keypad entry to building, very quiet location, walking distance to St John's campus including restaurants and services near the campus. Common kitchen had a large fridge, plus complimentary coffee pods and creamers. Also had a washer/dryer unit but we didn't use it. Nice sitting area in the back yard. The neighborhood is lovely, and really not too far from downtown Philadelphia area if you have a car. We drove to Old Town in about 15 minutes or so.
We weren't super-comfortable parking our rental car on the fairly busy street in front of the property where no other cars seem to park. Turned out not to be a problem, though. (At least parking was free with abundant space.)
