I liked that it was conveniently located near Penn Medicine hospital where we had an appointment and there were nice bodegas as well as some restaurants close by.
What I didn’t like is that the hallways were very dark after the sun went down. Also I didn’t like that the step to the front entrance were very step for someone with mobility issues and there was no good parking for short term guests, especially those with handicap parking permits. The unloading area was dark at night and not easily identifiable . The handicap ramp to the building was far from the main entrance where the elevators were located for those with mobility issues, but were not in a wheelchair. So those that could walk but were fall risks have a hard time getting around the exterior as well as interior of the building.

Parking was easy, the building was nice. I liked the app entry. The room was clean and nicely decorated
When I came into the building the security guard said “excuse me and you are?” I told him my name and that I had an Airbnb in the building for a day. He said “well that explains why I don’t know you and you need to introduce yourself to every guard, the one at 3pm, 6pm and 9.” That was weird and uncomfortable for both my husband and I (he got stopped too and I had to come to the desk and get him.

I didn’t like how the neighbors were slamming doors in the very early hours which woke us all up
