Propreté de l'immeuble et de l'appartement très bien équipé. Gentillesse et réactivité de la propriétaire et du personnel. Grande salle de sport bien équipée. Grande piscine couverte avec de nombreux transats. Bien situé.
Rideaux non occultants dans les chambres.

The apartment is good, everything is provided.
*The electric totally blackout/cut off while we went out, we came back at night,our washing still soaking in water in washing machine 😱. The electrician couldn't get the electric back up, apparently it happened before,an existing problem, don't know why we were given that apartment?? Try avoid room 1905. Also a bit overpriced.
Even the backup apartment the given is that night, the shower and the toilet are blocked in one of the room!!!

Wonderful and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large, well-equipped kitchen and laundry area with both a washing machine and a dryer provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic time here and felt very much at home. Everything was clean, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you very much!
The only aspect I would like to mention is the cleanliness. Such a spacious apartment would benefit from more thorough cleaning and attention to detail. I kindly ask the owner to ensure that the housekeeping team cleans the apartment more carefully, as this would make the stay even more enjoyable. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Appartement moderne et luxueux (2 chambres et 2 salles de bains) spacieux, lumineux et bien agencé. Machine à laver de linge. Vue magnifique sur la ville (20ème étage).
Bien insonorisé quant aux bruits de la rues.
Grosse déception à notre arrivée car la salle de sport est "en maintenance" mais personne n'y travail et ne sait nous répondre jusqu'à quand...
La piscine est mal entretenue, les pompes ne fonctionne jamais, l'eau est donc stagnante (même si elle sent le chlore cela n'inspire pas à la baignade), de plus, est très froide. Aucun nettoyage n'est fait sur les bords de la piscine (mes empreintes de pieds du premier jour sont restées intactes pendant 9 nuits...). Les transats sont sales.
L'immeuble est vide, nous avons rarement croisé quelqu'un, les parties communes ne sont donc jamais éclairées la nuit, c'est à vous d'aller allumer les couloirs et la piscine.
Lors de notre séjour, nous nous sommes fait réveillé à 7h50 par une alarme générale très puissante d'évacuation. Nous sommes descendu précipitamment à la réception. Les réceptionnistes ne savaient pas nous dire ce qu'il se passait. Le vacarme a duré 1h. On nous informe plus tard que c'était un simple exercice! Cet exercice s'est répété 2 jours plus tard à 9h du matin...
Les étages au dessus du nôtre étaient en construction. Des journées avec des bruits sont à prévoir.
Le lit grince et la douche de la chambre était bouchée.
La réception n'est pas une réception, ils ne font qu'acte de présence (ne parlent pas anglais, ne savent répondre à aucune question).
Pour résumer, l'appartement est de très bonne qualité, situé dans un quartier agréable, cependant le service est lamentable. Le descriptif de l'établissement sur booking ne correspond pas à la réalité.
