Very close to the O2 and North Greenwich station so very handy for events at the O2 and also getting around London. Spacious apartment with great facilities and clean. The man who met us with the keys was friendly.
After booking, we were asked to provide a £150 security deposit which was not disclosed before booking. We were told at the time of booking that we’d be provided with wifi details the night before our stay, which we never were and didn’t have wifi the entire trip. There are signs all around the building that say no booking.com bookings are allowed and we were told by the hosts that if anyone asked, we were to say it’s a private booking. There was only one fan for the entire apartment, which meant we had to angle it between the 2 rooms during the night, and also we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. We were given no information about what to do with the keys on check out and had to message on Whatsapp the morning of.
