Check-in was easy, the location of the property was superb. The property itself had all the facilities we needed. It was easy to contact the host with enquires. We loved that hand and bath towels were provided, as well as dishsoap , dishwasher tablets, shampoo and conditioner.
There’s not much we didn’t like, but it was a bit inconvenient not having a tea towel or kitchen roll to wipe the sides. In certain areas it was dusty too. There’s no air conditioning but it’s very simple to open the balcony door for some air. If you know it’s going to be really hot, bring a fan!

The location was perfect as the purpose of our visit was to attend a concert at the o2 and it is only a few minutes walk away. The size of the apartment was big enough for myself and my daughter. It also felt safe as you can only access the building with a fob that is provided.
Unfortunately, the apartment didn't look like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival as everywhere had dust, the fridge, freezer, and microwave all looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the previous visitors. It looked like someone prior had spilt a fizzy drink or something on the bedroom floor as there were red, sticky marks on the floor. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned either with marks from the previous visitor. It was very disappointing. It made me question if the bedding was actually clean. They even left a sponge that had clearly been used in the sink. It didn't make us feel as if there was any care put into our arrival. This apartment is on the 10th floor and the elevator didn't work, nobody's fault but that was a lot of steps to walk up and down, especially with suitcases.
I think if the apartment had been cleaned, then that would have made the biggest difference to our visit, and it genuinely wouldn't have taken them much time to clean the apartment. It just didn't feel like any care had been made. It's a lovely apartment and a shame that the cleaning is being neglected.
