Location mainly. Good fridge & tea / coffee generous with kettle.
A lot! The check in online the day before was a nightmare, scanning driving licence and then also providing credit card details again even thought it was paid. Plus having to take a selfie picture which wasn’t convenient at the time ! Then we didn’t get entry instructions until 3pm on the day of arrival despite it being 2pm check in, no instructions on which of the 4 doors we found on the building we should try. Couldn’t see the keypad as it only lit up on touch. Finally tried the code a few times and it didn’t work. Took us half n hour to get in after phoning the help line & she had to get someone to let us in- apparently theres a knack to pressing the buttons, no instructions for that! Got into room at 3.45 pm eventually. We were afraid when we came back after our concert that we wouldn’t be able to get in again, but thankfully we did. Not a nice experience. Also an obvious stain on the top of bedclothes. Couldn’t charge my phone next to the bed as plug wouldn’t fit in with the fridge plug, had to charge it in the bathroom .

The downstairs lounge where it was nice and warm
Better dryer and more towels if u're staying longer
