Perfect location for a family trip to Alton Towers. Our trip was during a heat wave and host had very kindly left out a number of fans and portable AC units.

I recently had a fabulous stay at Mallory House and couldn't be happier with my experience.
From the moment I booked, Clare was incredibly prompt and helpful, making light work of getting everything sorted before arrival. Accessing the property was seamless, and I had no issues using the key safe to get inside.
When we arrived, the house was spotlessly clean and exactly as it appeared on Booking.com, which was fantastic to see. Shortly after arrival, Clare gave me a call to make sure everything was okay and to check whether there was anything else we needed. That level of customer care really stood out and made us feel very welcome.
The property itself was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The games room was a huge hit with the little one and provided plenty of entertainment throughout our stay.
Overall, I would happily stay at Mallory House again. The accommodation was excellent, and the customer service from Clare was second to none. Thank you ever so much for making our stay such an enjoyable one!

The Mallory House was the perfect base for our family trip to Alton Towers and the Peak District. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The house was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including an air fryer, cooking utensils, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, and plenty of other essentials. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, and the private parking was a great bonus.
Our toddler especially loved the play area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth from booking through to check-out, and the whole experience was hassle-free. We would happily stay here again.
Nothing significant to dislike. The only minor suggestion would be that the front and back gardens could have been trimmed before our arrival. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather throughout our stay and would have loved to spend even more time enjoying the outdoor space. Other than that, everything was excellent.
