A decent and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff; the rooms were sufficiently spacious and comfortable. Our room even offered a view of Mount Ararat—a wonderful sight! It was great that the location was quiet, with no traffic noise. Breakfast was relatively varied, and it was a real plus that—unlike in many other hotels—there was a coffee machine that made good coffee.
The location is far from any shops or similar amenities; walking to the city center is not feasible, even though it is only 1.2 km away. It was a big plus that taxi rides were cheap, though many drivers struggled to find the location—fortunately, the hotel staff were able to help by communicating with the drivers. As for breakfast, the "hot" food should actually be hot, not cold! :-)

La chambre très spacieuse, le bon petit déjeuner
Le rapport qualité prix, j'étais contente d'avoir trouvé cet hôtel très abordable alors que mes hôtels et quartiers habituels étaient bondes ou hors de prix.
La moquette tachée et sale (un grain de raisin par terre à mon arrivée, le ménage fait avec un balai sur la moquette)
L'éclairage horrible.
La conception de la salle de bains, la bonde poussive et les accessoires un peu branlants.
L'emplacement est peu agréable si on a l'habitude de circuler à pied dans le centre mais tout était complet à Yerevan à cette période.
Les fautes de goût (malgré une décoration qui essayait de faire chic) , c'est un péché veniel bien sûr mais ça a gâché mon plaisir de cette chambre immense ou on ne se sentait pourtant pas très à l'aise.

A fost multă gălăgie începând cu ora 21. Dacă nu băteam la ușa celor care făceau gălăgie, nu se opreau. În a doua seară, a trebuit să atenționez recepția de 2 ori la marea gălăgie care era la etajul unde stăteam. Nu mi se pare normal ca la un hotel de 4 stele să se întâmple așa ceva. Păcat, pentru că în rest totul a fost în regulă.
