The place was spotless and very cozy, the host was very welcoming and kept in contact to make sure everything went OK for us. There was lots of amenities (Hairdryer, vacuum, kitchen supplies etc) and the location was quiet with a very short walk from the trams, so it was easy to get into town.

The apartment was modern, new, clean and very comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including bedding, fluffy towels, kitchen appliances, laundry, a large fridge and more! In addition, there were all of the little extras, like cookies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix, milk in the fridge and even soap pods for the washing machine.
Murray was fantastic at reaching out and provided advice on how to take the tram from the train station, followed by walking directions to the apartment. We were able to easily walk or take the bus to see the sights of Nottingham from this location. There was even a grocery store nearby. We felt quite comfortable in the neighbourhood.
Keys were accessed through the Klevio app, which I'd never used before. However, instructions were clear, the app was easy to use and the host sent me the WiFi password early since I didn't have data on my phone (travelling out of home country), so we could use the Wi-Fi to access the app and unlock the gate and doors.
We would very happily stay here again if we're ever back in Nottingham. It was very comfortable for our group of 5 (1 child, 2 adults, 2 seniors). Highly recommend it!
The host offered to share the keys with anyone else from our group who downloaded the Klevio app and shared their email address. My older parents aren't great with technology, so passed on this option which meant we had to be available to open the gate for them if they went out on their own. Not a big deal but I think the technology could be a challenge for some visitors or anyone without a cell phone.

A fantastic property at a fantastic price. Myself and my friends thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and found the facilities great. Murray was a great host who helped and supported us from when we first booked this property to leaving. We were more than looked after during our time there. Would recommend this to anyone in a bigger group, wanting somewhere to stay in Nottingham.
