한국인입니다. 왓츠앱 설치 시 메세지로 입구 번호 및 호수, 방 번호까지 친절하게 안내해주시고, 체크인 확인 후 여권확인, 결제까지 매번 연락 주셔서 너무 편안했습니다. 숙소 위치도 공항에서 걸어서 10분정도이고 청결도도 좋았습니다.
주택가 이다 보니 아침에 주민분들 소리에 잠에 깰수 있습니다. 한명 이상 숙박할 경우 따듯한 물이 부족할 수 있습니다. 다만 두가지 전부 수용 가능한 점이였습니다

Great location if you need a place for a layover. Located in a decent and quiet neighbourhood with shops nearby. Aleksey is very accommodating, easy to communicate which made the whole stay more comfortable and convenient

Понравилось расположение (7-10 мин пешком до аэропорта Алматы), неожиданно тихо, ночью самолетов не было слышно.
Очень чистый номер, все аккуратно, ни пылинки.
Чек-ин по коду, присылают все явки-пароли.
Оплатить я могла только наличными, и несмотря на позднее время менеджер (Алексей) пришел в отель.
Большое спасибо, у вас очень хорошо.
Не нашла отеля на яндекс-картах, пришлось сравнивать 2gis, по нескольку раз проверять правильно ли вызвала такси.
Это ни в коем случае не минус отеля, но было бы хорошо отметить его на яндексе.
