Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung, neues Gebäude und gute Lage mit U-Bahn Anbindung, Konbinis und Restaurants gleich vor der Haustür.
Kein Hotel, sondern nur eine Ferienwohnung wie AirBnB und komplett ohne Hotelpersonal.
Zwar gibt es eine Art Callcenter, das man bei Fragen anrufen kann. Aber schon der Self-Checkin bereitet Probleme und ist richtig nervig: man muss erst seinen Ausweis und dann sich mit Ausweis in der Hand fotographieren, was vor der Tür im Treppenhaus mit Gegenlicht schon mal dauern kann, bis es endlich klappt.
Außerdem kann man auf Grund des fehlenden Personals sein Gepäck bei früherer Anreise oder nach dem check-out nicht aufbewahren lassen, was nicht zu unterschätzen unkomfortabel ist. Direkte Hilfe bekommt man zB nicht mal bei einem kaputten Bügeleisen, weil einfach niemand vor Ort ist.
Am meisten hat mich dieser Umstand aber deswegen besorgt, weil es in unserer Zeit in Tokyo zwei schwerere Erdbeben gab. In einem Hotel hatten wir da sofort japanische Ansprechpartner für Informationen und falls nötig Hilfe, aber hier ist einfach niemand.

This place is a hidden gem. We were not expecting the room to be so big. It was bigger than our hotel room in London and Paris! Tucked away off the main street, it's super quiet. The room was huge and modern. Separate laundry was a bonus, as well as a large kitchenette.
We found the check in to be super easy. They send you a pre check-in email so you can confirm the details of each member of your group (we were a family of four). When you arrive, you need to go to Level 4, where there is a check-in iPad mounted to the wall outside the lift. Once you have checked in, you'll receive the code for your apartment door.
Love the location. There is a Seven Eleven around the corner, FamilyMart supermarket across the road, and a Starbucks on the next block. Only one block from the Metro underground station as well. It's a short walk (5 minutes) down the main street to find fashion stores and restaurants. Super easy with kids.
My kids loved that they each got a double bed to themselves. The room itself was very spacious. I loved the decor.
Will definately stay again!
