①部屋だけではなく全体に清潔感がある。
②スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。
③朝食はカレー中心ではなくバングラデシュ料理なアラカルトが中心。
④夜もレストランにほぼ毎日行きましたが、カレー、ビリヤニは本当に美味しいです。
①私の泊まった部屋はバスタブがなかったが、スタッフに聞いたところバスタブ付きの部屋もあるとの事、若干の割高ななるが、日本人はバスタブにゆっくり浸かって、1日の疲れをとる文化なので、次回はバスタブ付きの部屋にします。
②部屋の毎日の掃除で、漏れが多かった。
③個人的には朝食もカレーが食べたかった。

I had an excellent stay at The Royal Palace Uttara. The room was spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, housekeeping, restaurant service, and the quality of breakfast. The location in Uttara is also very convenient. Overall, the hotel provided a genuinely comfortable and pleasant experience.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about during my stay. The overall experience was excellent. If I had to mention one area for improvement, I would suggest continuing to enhance the Wi-Fi experience and maintaining the same high standard of service as the hotel grows. Apart from that, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Checking in was very frustrating, especially while dealing with jet lag after a long journey. The process became even more stressful because the room type I had booked was not initially available, and there was also an issue showing only two guests on the reservation. This was not our mistake—it was a Booking.com error—but unfortunately, we had to deal with the consequences and go through a very annoying process to get everything corrected. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved.
I do want to give management credit for following up with me the next day and making an effort to make things right. They sent a fruit basket to all four of our rooms, and later I added a fifth room. I do wish they had honored the same rate for the fifth room, but overall, I appreciated their efforts.
Despite the difficult start, we ultimately left feeling happy and appreciated. The complimentary 4:00 PM late checkout was especially kind and thoughtful, since our flight was not until 7:30 PM. That gesture made a big difference and helped end our stay on a positive note.
