Excellent all round

Great location, 10 minute walk to St Peter’s Basilica, 2 minute walk to train station

Floor needed a good mop

The place appears nice, but once you look at the fine detail it was overpriced and disappointing.

The apartment was very clean, and it was a nice touch to leave out biscuits and soaps.

We were very disappointed that hot tub ran out of water within 5 mins meaning we could not use it, we were very disappointed as this was why we booked this accommodation, so we could have a nice relaxing evening after a long day walking in Rome. We also had bought ourselves a bottle of corked wine as we saw there was a bottle opener when we initially checked in, except, when went to open the wine we realised it had been previously broken by another guest we presume. We actually had to throw the bottle away as we were going home the next day. Lastly the dishwasher was left full with a previous guests dirty crockery, we put it on as it smelt, but we did not unload it as were quite shocked it had been left in the first place! There was very poor cooking utensils, not even a chopping board.
