Non consiglierei questo appartamento nemmeno al mio peggior nemico.
A causa della pessima organizzazione, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’ora e venti minuti sotto il portone prima di poter entrare nell’appartamento, nonostante avessimo programmato il check-in per le ore 15:00.
Abbiamo inviato diversi messaggi ed effettuato numerose chiamate per comunicare che eravamo arrivate e, ogni volta, ci veniva risposto che il ragazzo sarebbe arrivato “entro 5/10 minuti” per aprirci. Peccato che quei 5/10 minuti siano diventati un’ora e venti minuti di attesa.
Il signor Gianluca, che mi ha contattata personalmente per avvisarmi che sarebbe arrivata un’altra persona ad aprirci l’appartamento, si è dimostrato estremamente maleducato e poco professionale, arrivando persino a dirmi che la prenotazione non era gestita da lui. A questo punto mi chiedo: perché mi hai contattata personalmente se non eri tu a occupartene?
Dopo un’ora e venti minuti siamo state finalmente contattate dal ragazzo che avrebbe dovuto aprirci l’appartamento, ma, cosa ancora più assurda, nemmeno lui sapeva dove si trovasse. Siamo state quindi noi, in qualità di ospiti, a dovergli spiegare dove fosse l’appartamento.
Una volta entrate, la situazione non è affatto migliorata. L’appartamento era sporco e pieno di polvere. Ma la cosa più assurda è stata scoprire che non c’era acqua calda e, dalla doccia, non usciva proprio acqua. Di conseguenza, non abbiamo avuto nemmeno la possibilità di fare una doccia.
Come se non bastasse, la mattina seguente ci è stato richiesto di occuparci personalmente di buttare la spazzatura dell’appartamento. Ritengo anche questo un servizio assolutamente inadeguato, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato, che non era affatto basso.
Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista: organizzazione, assistenza, pulizia e servizi essenziali. Lo sconsiglio fortemente.
