Fantastic location, so close to sights and amenities. I recommend coming back toward the apartment of an evening and heading down to the river for dinner and drinks. Superb.

Localização, perto de tudo a pé. Apartamento muito limpo e bem climatizado. Éramos um grupo de 7 pessoas e o espaço era adequado para todos.
A casa estava com tudo o que precisávamos para dormir confortáveis, havendo camas para toda a gente, toalhas, etc.
Estava numa rua com bastantes restaurantes, o que é ótimo, e mesmo assim não sentimos incómodo em relação a barulhos exteriores, o que mostra que o apartamento está bem isolado.
Apesar do espaço ser adequado, o facto de só ter uma casa de banho dificultou a logística diária. Além disso, a casa de banho era muito pequena.
Para um grupo grande, não há propriamente espaço para comer na cozinha pois apenas tem uma mesa pequena com 3 cadeiras. Não nos causou problema pois preferimos comer sempre fora.

Het appartement is ruim en ligt erg centraal, alles is op loopafstand. Erg leuk dat er een klein balkon is, zodat je lekker met een kop koffie op het balkon de dag kan beginnen. De bedden zijn goed.

The location is fantastic. It was exciting to arrive right by Portico d’Ottavia and feel our holiday had begun. The apartment makes you feel you are living like a contemporary Roman. It was lovely looking out into the courtyards from the balcony to the orange tree. The small streets behind the property are charming. The adults found the beds clean and comfortable. The WiFi works efficiently. The vacuum cleaner is great.
Living like a contemporary Roman here includes a lot of city noise from the front of the building with its bustle and restaurants. Evening noise was social chatter and laughter, but also screaming from gulls attacking the rubbish as it’s put out. Mornings were usual city noise of traffic, sirens and bins being emptied. This bothered the two in the party sleeping at the front. The bathroom is rather small and water drained away slowly. We could have used some breakfast bowls for yogurt and fruit. The sink and cooker area is built for a very tall person. Not all the appliances worked.
