The location is excellent, walking distance to almost every major attraction and yet very quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.
Honestly, bads are just too small for 2 people and the couch wasn't very comfortable but for 3 night it is doable.

The location is excellent, the apartment is clean, and Fabio, the owner, is very nice and answered every question; he also arranged transportation for us to and from the airport.
The double beds in the rooms are slightly narrower than the standard size

The property is in the best location we have stayed in Rome so far and this is our 5th time there. It is a short walk to Campo de' Fiori with so many great shops, restaurants and bars so close by and only a 5-10 min walk to Trastevere. It was a comfortable stay for our family and had everything we needed. Our host Fabio was amazing even tracking down a mobile phone we left in a taxi. Which we are so grateful for. Having two bathrooms was a bonus and the shower had good pressure and great hot water.
There wasn’t much to not like. It is small but that is what is to be expected when visiting Rome.

Clean apartment, nice facilities, nice location in the middle of a night life area - so lots of restaurants, bars etc. Amazing host - extremely helpful and responsive, and super nice - our flight was delayed by half a day - and he was considered and reduced the priced we paid!!! (I didn't ask for it - he suggested - you cant be nicer then that :-))
note there are a few apartments in a few locations - when you choose the room in booking- note its in a different location in Rome (not too far off each other). the location is in the room selection in booking.
