The apartment is centrally located and it was perfect for a group of five. We all had our space.
The apartment can easily accomodate a group of eight people. It has as shown in the pictures 2 single beds and a double bed in one room, a double bed in a single room and a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. T
here is a also a table that fits at least 6-8 people in a living room with two sofas and a TV. There are two bathrooms. It's located very close to Piazza Farnesi.
The host will communicate with you via Whatsapp and communication is very easy. She will also provide you with a list of restaurants, supermarkets and places you can go.
The apartment is very clean and provides you with towels.
There is some noise from the street, which is unfortunately unavoidable, so you may want to bring your own earplugs.
Breakfast is provided and includes a wide selection of packaged bakery products, coffee (there is a Nespresso machine), milk, butter, toast, eggs, yogurts, water, juices and individually wrapped cheese slices. While there is plenty of food available, we felt that the addition of some fresh products such as fruit, tomatoes, jam, salami, fresh cheese, and bread would have significantly improved the breakfast experience.
There is no elevator and you need to go to a second floor. This was not an issue for us.

Excellent flat, large and roomy (especially the three bedrooms) and looks just like the pictures (which is not always true). Liked the quiet residential location, but still close to sites (led by Piazza Navona and Patheon). Strong air conditioning in all three bedrooms.

Very spacious and has a lot of room.

The location was central to city centre, so entire city was very walkable, the kitchen was well stocked and the breakfast items were a nice touch. Was plenty roomy enough for 5. And it was clean. ACcess. Communications and Directions were clear, an attentive host. Having a washer was great.
The neighborhood noise, loud upstsirs (running children shaking ceiling) & downstairs neighbors (restaurant open late, and garbage pickup, specifically, bottles clanking on cobblestones) made it very hard to get a decent.nights sleep, after a few days in, our entire group were extremely exhausted, not from sightseeing, but no sleep. The shower heads were also leaky resulting in lack of pressure with seals spraying while water was running. Not having a clothes dryer.
