What a great, cosy house! It is nicely decorated and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

The cottage is clean, well appointed throughout including kitchen supplies and blankets and offers a comfortable stay, including good beds and linen.
It is advertised as having a bbq and fireplace and while it had both, unfortunately neither were able to be used. No wood was left for the fireplace and the bbq is an old Weber that runs on heat beads (not gas or electricity) and again no fuel was left for it to be used (even if we did want to spend the serious increase in time using this style of bbq). This was disappointing as our plans at the cottage revolved largely around these aspects.
After reporting this on arrival and engaging in multiple channels of communication with madecomfy, I was advised a few days later I could purchase a reasonable amount of fuel and be reimbursed.
I think the issues in communication and lack of provisions were due to the management company rather than the owner, though.
