The location was excellent, and we were very happy with the facilities. The accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
However, when we checked in, the carpets had just been cleaned and were still very wet. Unfortunately, they remained damp throughout our entire stay, even until the day we checked out. There was also a persistent damp, musty smell that did not go away despite leaving the windows open all day. We also woke up with sore throats, which we felt may have been related to the dampness. And the mattress was quite saggy in the middle, which was a little uncomfortable.
Overall, we really liked the location, space, and facilities, but the wet carpets and lingering damp smell caused quite a bit of discomfort during our stay.

Location was excellent, house was superb with lots of thought put into making it comfy and homely, which was really lovely. The little extras in the kitchen were very welcome and we really did feel like home.
As we had a Kia Carnival it was a little difficult to get into the garage as it was a small area. Not a huge issue overall, we just parked on the street at the front instead.

Perfect location with everything we needed for our short getaway.
Simple easy access, with multiple bedrooms, comfy beds, and extras in kitchen and garage parking!
Laundry bathroom shower head could do with an upgrade and a bigger mirror. But minor issues in the scheme of things!
Also lighting down the driveway might also be beneficial, although as it is a development it is probably out of the owners hands!
