The property was clean and quite accommodating, bathroom and toilets was clean and the hot water was great
The property is just a stone throw from the beach which made it more exciting
The cooking pots were rusty which made cooking in it not hygienic, the pans in the oven were rusty and dirty as well. It wasn’t that great

Upon checking in, we found the carpet soaked in one of the bedrooms, like a bucket of water had been overturned. On mentioning this, we were told that someone would be there to check it out. Nobody turned up.
We contacted them again, and decided to stay away the next day (10am-4pm) and were assured that someone would come and check it out. There still wasn’t anyone when we got back, and we decided to check ourselves.
We figured it was due to a faulty pipeline from the toilet, that was leaking water and flooding the entire caravan. This leak had also grown moss outside, so this wasn’t a new or isolated issue. On taking pictures and videos, they made us crawl underneath the caravan and switch the water supply on and off multiple times.
We were unable to use the toilets after a full day of staying outside, nor have our dinner. Finally, they sent someone around 6pm, and moved us to another caravan after 7pm.
We were only there for 2 nights, and for a group of 6 with 2 kids to move to another caravan within 15 mins was a very big hassle.
We just wish that their cleaners/ concierge/ manager paid better attention instead of ignoring this until the last minute.
The second caravan was a bit bigger, but as mentioned, they could have done this in the beginning, or even checked it out immediately, or at least the next morning.
It was very stressful and a big hassle and frankly not worth all the trouble. They should also know better than causing health and safety issues for paying guests. A pity because otherwise this property was clean and with amenities as advertised.
We also hope that this problem didn’t cause lasting damage, as it was evident this has been going on for months.
