A lot of small issues that added up to bigger issues for the price

Spacious

Cold, no non slip mats in showers, no hand rails into front room, booklet not up to date, bathroom window wouldn’t stay shut, dining room table not practical ( it was lovely though)dining room very dark, no instructions for heating stat, not enough seating for 8 in lounge, not enough crockery, glasses for 8. Cobwebs all over, dirty knife in bedside table, no salt or rinse aid in dishwasher. There was a lot of small that added up for the amount we paid we would have expected more. We had one elderly person, one heavily pregnant person and one with terminal cancer. The place just wasn’t accessible enough.
