Maybe just the location and some of the neighborhood, but that’s gentrification for you. Gotta keep the rustic look and regenerate the gems in between. I had no trouble with anyone around us could just tell it wasn’t as private as maybe I had assumed, again nothing really too negative here in this comment.

Decor was nice water and snacks were provided. Everything needed to prepare meals.

Bathroom was upstairs not a major issue.

Enjoyed hot tub and cleanliness of the home

I wasn’t comfortable with the bathroom situation, I feel there should be an actual bathROOM the layout just seemed a little odd and out of my comfort zone. The neighbors behind the property were a little loud in the evening time
