About this house rental
Welcome to The Rustic Triangle, a simple stay in the Village of Perrysville, short drive to Mohican State Park, and Loudonville. This unique one-bedroom stay features rustic charm, a queen bed upstairs , twin size pull-out couch in living room, full equipped kitchen, making it the perfect home base for driving to local restaurants, outdoor adventures, Snowtrails (12 miles) Pleasant Hill Lake (3 miles) Inkcarceration, Central to River activities and nearby Shawshank Redemption filming locations.
The space
Very simple rustic stay, large yard for activities with fire pit, front porch, small back patio, new hot tub. FYI-OPEN LOFT Floor plan upstairs including BATHROOM area is OPEN to BEDROOM area. There is one exterior security camera located outside, mounted beside the front door and facing the driveway/parking area.
The camera records video for security purposes.
There are no cameras inside the house or in any private spaces.
Guest access
Whole house is accessible. Garage and outbuildings are not. Large yard and where fire pit is usable.
Other things to note
Will allow 6 guests if over the 3 max, but guests will have to bring own towels, bedding, air mattress etc. The host lives nearby on the same block but respects guest privacy at all times.

Was so cozy, cute, and clean!! Outside review: We loved the outdoor amenities. Hot tub was awesome, large, and clean with speakers! Loved the grill, propane fireplace, and cute seating outside! There’s also a cute area for a small bonfire! Loved the peaceful pretty neighborhood with ice cream shop within a few mins walk. Inside review: SHE GAVE US SO MANY YUMMY SNACKS! Was such a cute space - she really worked well with what she had. Lots of comfy seating space and loved the decor down and upstairs. Kitchen was nice and clean and organized with lots of cooking supplies and she even provided water bottles and seasonings. Lots of blankets available!! Bed was so cute and comfy and loved the extra TV upstairs. Had us thinking we should downsize lol. Lots of body wash and soap and good quality towels.Bathroom was very clean and a nice mirror. Only thing is that we kind of wish it was its own room, but we knew what we were getting when we got there. Review of owner: she was so nice and provided everything we needed and more! She was so responsive and quick and helpful! You can tell she put in a lot of thoughtful effort into this tiny home and we really appreciated it. Will definitely come here again in the future.

We loved our stay here. The bed and furniture was so comfy. The hot tub was the perfect ending to a long hiking day. The host had drinks, snacks and coffee ready to go for your convenience. We will definitely stay there again

Host went above and beyond to make it feel like home. She provided snacks and bottled water which we appreciated. She also provided a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Be sure to travel here with people that you are comfortable with because there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom area.
