Lovely apartment, but poor management and attention to detail.

The apartment is new, modern, and nicely designed. The location is good, with easy access to public transportation. There are also two grocery stores within 300 meters, which is very convenient.

There was a strong bad smell in the lobby and apartment. The kitchen floor was dirty, with visible stains. No trash bags were provided. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of basic amenities were unacceptable. We also paid an additional €30 for early check-in, but the apartment was only ready 30 minutes later than the agreed check-in time. Considering that we paid extra for this service, the delay was particularly disappointing. Overall, the apartment has great potential, but these issues affected our stay.

Ok stay in a nice suburb of Valencia

Location was good inbetween city and beaches. It was clean. Good facilities. Nice big fridge/freezer.

It was very hot and so it might have been nice to be able to isolate a/c in the various rooms. Poor communication from the staff to gain access into our apartment. Silly system of having to check in by using company app before being granted access. Like a lot of accommosation in Valencia, it was expensive for what you got.

Clean apartment, 20 min drive from old town and from beach . It has all the necessary equipments for a relaxing stay.

Clean and organized apartment.

No oven in the kitchen No 24/7 reception . guests of the hotel made party at nights and were extremely loud.
