Ok stay in a nice suburb of Valencia

Location was good inbetween city and beaches. It was clean. Good facilities. Nice big fridge/freezer.

It was very hot and so it might have been nice to be able to isolate a/c in the various rooms. Poor communication from the staff to gain access into our apartment. Silly system of having to check in by using company app before being granted access. Like a lot of accommosation in Valencia, it was expensive for what you got.

Clean apartment, 20 min drive from old town and from beach . It has all the necessary equipments for a relaxing stay.

No oven in the kitchen No 24/7 reception . guests of the hotel made party at nights and were extremely loud.

Overall, a comfortable and very well-located apartment.

The apartment itself is excellent: modern, well finished, and everything inside is new rather than worn out. The appliances and furniture are all in great condition, and the air conditioning actually does its job instead of just being listed in the description. Lidl and Mercadona are both a 2–3 minute walk away, and the large shopping centre is right nearby. There's a bus stop one minute from the entrance and a metro station about four minutes away, the city centre is roughly 20 minutes away.

There's no dishwasher, which was a bit inconvenient for a longer stay. The soundproofing is poor and our neighbours were noisy - at night you could clearly hear people walking down the corridor, talking, and dragging chairs around.
