About this apartment rental
This one bedroom unit is much more spacious than you will imagine. The unit is over 750 square feet! There is a large bedroom with a King Bed and a spacious bathroom with walk in shower. One of the two Lanais is accessed from the bedroom. The kitchen is open style to the living room. You will enjoy the solid surface counter top and stainless appliances. The entire unit was updated in 2024. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from either of the two lanais. Mornings are an especially good time to catch glimpses of the dolphins frolicking in the gulf waters. Magnificent sunsets are a site not to be missed! There is a large deck with many lounge chairs and two tiki huts which is a perfect place to catch those sunset pictures. There is a picnic table for all to use. The white sugar soft sand must be experienced first hand. The feel of it between your toes is amazing! The Shores condominium complex is a small complex of just 8 units. There is under cover parking and then 4 units on the first floor and 4 units on the 2nd floor. Located mid Island across from The Publix Grocery Store. The Shores complex is directly on the beach. The unit is lavishly equipped with all small appliances needed for convenience and plenty of beach towels for you beach day use as well.

This was an excellent rental. The unit was clean and efficient. It was a fantastic stay. Being located mid-island was advantageous. Having the beach right outside including the ability to watch fantastic sunsets was amazing. The host was always available when needed and very gracious. I highly recommend renting this unit. We enjoyed it so much we are already giving thought to returning again next year. Was a GREAT stay.

Check in was on-line - very easy. We loved there was a Publix across the street. We were there over spring break (not planned - oops) which made travel on and off Estero Island take longer than we expected - that was was on us for our quick planning. Condo was roomy for us, very nicely redecorated. The bathroom was fine for us but is small for very large people - if you weigh 300 lb or more you will not fit in the shower.

This is a top stay of all time! The unit was spotless, VERY well-equipped kitchen, ample seating, THE best coffee mugs. They even thought of a privacy screen should you use the pull-out for a second sleeping space. You can't ask for a better location .. it's on the beach, directly across from Publix and easy access everything else that you love about Fort Myers Beach. Top Notch Hosts too!
