Check in was a complete disaster. We had to check in at Jeeves Florida Rentals in person. Then once we arrived at the property we were not on the list at the gate. Called and spoke to someone at Jeeves who insisted we were, but still not on list. Tried calling over and over and over again and no answer by Jeeves. Sent an email to Jeeves, no response. I will say the property manager at the complex and security guard were very helpful. If not for them we would not have been given access to our room and Jeeves appeared to be closed prior to 7:30 PM as advertised. I will NEVER go through Jeeves Florida Rentals again. Also, window in townhome was slightly open, chair by pool was broken (liability) and there was barely any cooking pans, etc., the master shower needs to be fixed. Overall I think the home has potential but needs work. Our stay was Friday (03.13.2026) - Tuesday (03.17.2026). We went home on Monday before our check out day.
