Ground Floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Unit. Comfy condo. Window AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Free WIFI. Kitchen and bathroom recently (2022) upgraded. Lanai overlooking 18th hole of Arnold Palmer golf course. Tile flooring in entry, kitchen and bathroom with carpet in bedroom and living room. Wheelchair accessible and Free assigned parking in front of unit. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry center as well as all towels and linens being provided.

The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Loved the area. Cool to have the pond out the back. We watched many different kinds of birds from the back patio area.

It was a pleasant experience. It was a quiet property and the rooms were nice. The A/C worked good. The check in and check out process was excellent. They had beach chairs to borrow which was useful. The mattress was a little bit firm but it wasn’t too bad.

The condo was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated—everything felt fresh and organized upon arrival. The only downsides were comfort-related. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep very well, and the AC unit in the room was pretty loud, constantly kicking on and off throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, a nice place, but changing the mattress and AC would make a big difference.
