This comfortable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is ideal for families, with thoughtful inclusions to make travelling with children easy.
Sleeping & Layout
Master bedroom: King bed, Smart TV and direct access to the semi-ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed plus a single bed
Family-friendly extras: Portacot and high chair provided
The inviting loungeroom features a Smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach.
Step outside to the fully enclosed yard, complete with lush gardens, green lawn and a swing, giving kids plenty of space to play while adults relax. Enjoy outdoor meals with the BBQ, or cosy up inside with Wi-Fi and a wood fire for cooler evenings. And the family dog is welcome to join the holiday also!
While there is no air conditioning, the home is well insulated, naturally cool and fitted with fans for summer comfort.
With parking for two cars plus a boat, this property is ideal for beach lovers and boating enthusiasts alike.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

We were very cold indoors and it was very dark inside. Had to have lights on to read. It was very well fitted out and handy for iga over the road.
