The space
Spread across a thoughtfully laid-out home, the space comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An 80` Smart TV anchors the living room, paired with a plush sectional and a pool table for casual evenings in. Sling TV, Frontier high-speed WiFi, and an Ethernet connection keep everyone connected, while a dedicated workspace ensures those balancing work and travel have everything they need.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a 55` Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king bed and a 65` Smart TV. The third bedroom is fitted with two full beds and a 50` Smart TV - a strong choice for families or groups needing flexible sleeping options.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for everyday cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and a full suite of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table seats four, making it easy to start the day with a relaxed breakfast before heading out.

Outdoor living
The backyard is where this home truly comes into its own. A private pool and hot tub sit alongside a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and a covered California room with outdoor dining and seating. An outdoor shower adds convenience after time in the water. With long desert evenings and clear skies overhead, the backyard is as much a destination as anything nearby.

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable across all seasons. Set less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds, the home puts you close to La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and a wide selection of golf courses, shopping, and dining. Palm Desert and El Paseo are a short drive away, with Palm Springs and the regional airport reachable within 30-40 minutes.

A few things to note
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at no extra charge when possible. Cleaning is provided after departure; mid-stay service is available for an additional fee. Pool heat is available at $50/day (heated to 88°) - the hot tub is included at no charge. Please use a personal Bluetooth speaker and respect HOA noise limits. We are unable to guarantee receipt of packages shipped to the property. Pet policy: no cats; certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs under 25 lbs may be approved for an additional fee.
