The location is the best part of this house. Our littlest ones can tumble right out the back door and be at the beach. We have rented it three years in a row. The new managers have significantly improved the furniture arrangement and finally fixed the master bedroom bed which slumped in the middle. They also painted the outside, which is a nice refresh. This time however we had some odd things happen. The first night there was a terrific storm. We woke up to find two significant drips requiring buckets along with a fine water mist blowing onto the corner of the coverlet in the downstairs bedroom. The wind was so powerful it literally blew mist through the doors to the deck. This only happened one night. Great Ocean Condos did come to inspect the next morning and he figured out the leak was coming from the base of the patio doors directly above us on the second floor and promised to fix it. No one came, but it didn’t rain again. The place was very clean and the rest of our stay was pleasant, although we did notice termites had been swarming. They had already dropped their wings so we did inform the managers who said they had sprayed for them and would again.
