Welcome to A-Wave for Everyone, a pet-friendly six-bedroom duplex that sleeps up to 16 guests. Renting both sides gives larger families and groups plenty of space to stay together while still enjoying two separate living areas.

The property includes two fully equipped kitchens, two living and dining areas, two laundry rooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and two outdoor showers. One side also features a temperature-controlled game room with ping-pong, foosball, a large couch, and views of the backyard.

Each side has its own fenced backyard with a private above-ground pool and built-in bar seating. Two second-floor balconies provide additional outdoor space with grills, fire pits, and comfortable seating for evening relaxation.

Beach supplies and beach carts are provided to make trips to and from the nearby shoreline easier. With two pools, multiple gathering spaces, pet-friendly accommodations, and room for up to 16 guests, A-Wave for Everyone is ideal for extended families, multiple families traveling together, reunions, and group beach vacations.

All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee and initial deposit to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
