Fantastic estate with a large saltwater pool and just steps away from the old town of Alcúdia
This beautiful family estate is located just 180 metres from the charming old town of Alcúdia, a true holiday paradise with a Mediterranean touch and plenty of space to relax.
The spacious saltwater pool (8 x 12 m, depth between 1.3 and 1.8 m), surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace, is located in the centre of a dream garden. Numerous sun loungers invite relaxation, while palm trees, flowering bougainvilleas and a well-kept garden perfectly complete the Mediterranean atmosphere. There is a ping-pong table to change the air, and the covered terrace with dining table is perfect for enjoying cosy summer evenings with family and friends, including a brick barbecue area to enjoy culinary moments outdoors.
The interior of the property is modern and cosy. The spacious living-dining room on the ground floor offers comfortable seating, plenty of light and direct access to the terrace. The adjacent kitchen, fully equipped (with dishwasher), leaves nothing to be desired. On this level there is also a bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the upper floor, there are three other bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and access to a wonderful terrace with panoramic views. Another bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed and a third with another 1.80 x 2.00 m bed offer a comfortable space for a night of restorative sleep. Another full bathroom completes the upper floor.
This property is ideal for anyone seeking the tranquillity of nature, but who does not want to miss the proximity to restaurants, cafés and the historic atmosphere of Alcúdia.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.
Per day and person,
from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.

The location is perfect the villa is just a couple of minutes walk outside of the Alcudia town walls and has a superb view of the countryside and nearby mountains. It is very peaceful despite being so close to the town and feels very private. The house itself is gorgeous with a rustic feel, the pool is a great size and there are plenty of places to sit and relax outside. The lawn is lovely with flowers and palm trees all around it. The table tennis table and darts board were a great addition. The hosts were helpful and gave very clear instructions for finding and checking in and out of the property. They were also responsive when we had questions. The villa was the highlight of our trip and we are very glad we chose to stay here.

The house is huge with a beautiful yard for kids to enjoy. The location could not be better, you can see the old city walls from the house so it's a very easy walk into the old town. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and lots of lovely spaces to relax and chill out, both indoors and outdoors. We would love to return again, thank you!!

The house is beautiful and charming and despite being right next to the historic centre of Alcúdia it feels as if you’re in the middle of nature. Birds singing, a beautiful garden, a pool. Kitchen etc. had everything you need. We loved it and would absolutely recommend.

We had an amazing few days at this property managed by Home Villas 360. From the very beginning, their service was excellent – always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The place is spacious, cosy, and fully equipped – ideal for not having to leave the house. We enjoyed some of the best family barbecues, and the beautiful weather combined with the pool created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Without a doubt, it's the ideal spot to spend quality time, rest, and create unforgettable memories. We’ll definitely be coming back!
