The room is clean and the port view is nice. We ordered food from the room service and it tasted very good. However, the rate is too much compared to the level of service offered.
In the morning, there was nobody in the reception to answer the phone. We had to go down to find someone to answer our inquiries. Elevator wasn't operating.
Also, there is no nearby shops or supermarkets. So, bring your necessary items with you or use the room service for food.

the manager (Mrs. Safaa) is trying her best to welcome guests and give the best experience.
the hotel is only 10 rooms in one floor, however the food and beverage / room services is slow, the teams are not trained enough to meet stressful days. The roof top is causing noise in all rooms when chairs are moved.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast delicious, the view from the rooftop very nice.
It is a very popular place for celebrating parties with loud music. That doesn't match with the hotel function of getting some rest.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great, breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing.
The main downside was the noise at night due to the crowd, which affected sleep. In addition, the dinner did not meet expectations.
