Ubicación: Perfecto para moverte andando por el centro, Chueca, Malasaña, Gran Vía… todo a un paso.
Sábanas y toallas muy gustosas.
Dos cuartos de baño estupendos, con duchas agradables.
Muy tranquilo, es interior por lo que no hay ruido , sin embargo no es oscuro ya que la ventana del salón-cocina da a un patio con plantas muy agradable. Cocina abierta al salón muy bonita y práctica. Buen frigorífico, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora… tiene de todo. Muy buena relación calidad precio, muy recomendable.
La entrada al portal es un poco fea, menos mal que al entrar en el piso mejora.
Pasamos calor, el aire acondicionado no lo pudimos encender, había ventiladores pero hacían mucho ruido.
El mueble de la entrada está ocupado por sábanas y toallas arrugadas amontonadas, eso da mala impresión, así como una silla que estorba, una lámpara dentro del armario y una mesa encima de otro armario… creo que el dueño debe ordenar y sacar bastantes cosas. Una limpieza a fondo a los filos de las mamparas de ducha también vendría bien.

Clean and great location
Lack of instructions - how to get into the building, where to find the apt (no signage), how to open the apt door with multiple locks and no 3rd key for trash door so had to find our own way to throw away trash.
NO AIR (remote broken/no and slow response and no communication/plan to fix it with 90 degree temps during our stay) and finally no information or follow up about free shuttle. Disappointing.
