Complete Disaster

Do not book this!! First of all, the staff were completely irresponsive and after having paid to them in advance, this made us panic a lot. Miraculously, (with the help of a person who does not currently work there, but has a copy of the key), we managed to check in after 2 hours of waiting in front of the apartment. This was not even the worst part: in the bathroom, there was only cold water!! We were not able to shower on any of the nights and this made our stay extremely unpleasant. After finally reaching the staff (more than 24 hours after checking in) and telling them about the cold water, they said they are "investigating our case". This was the first and last message we received from them. This apartment has such a good potential, but our stay was a complete disaster!!

Muy bien ubicado, parada de metro a 7 minutos andando, mercadona a 4 minutos andando. Entramos y estaba todo muy bien ordenador y el apartamento muy bonito. Es verdad que le falta menaje de cocina como más variedad de cuchillos, ollas, sartenes, etc…Y que había algún pelo que otro pero nada más de suciedad. Tendrían que enfocarse más en eso. Barrio muy tranquilo y volvería más veces!!!

Es un dpto amplio y super cómodo con todo lo.necesario.Tiene 2 baños.En el entrepiso hay una cama matrimonial con 1 baño. Muy amable Anabel y está bien ubicado..

Estuvo todo muy bien !!! Como detalle faltaría por seguridad poner una baranda a la escalera y veladores en la cama de abajo
