The place was clean and amazing, the kitchen equipments are available for cooking, there are sofa beds, extra mattresses i think you could fit 6 people, the laundry machine and soaps are readily available. It was a really nice stay. The place itself is easy to locate via maps or pick up by uber. There is a supermarket across the street that closes at 12mn, fastfood like in and out, mcdo around the block, target, cvs, trader joe's all walking distance. The place was really great. There's wifi, TVs in the bedroom and living room. Balcony was great as well.
There are a few homeless person along the neighborhood tho they are harmless mostly at night. The place was really great however we noticed the drain in the shower/bathtub takes a while to drain water maybe they can check it out to fix it. But overall it was a great stay :) quiet even if you are near the road
